If you need to cancel your booking because of government restrictions, you will get a full refund. This covers whether the area the property is in or your home address goes into lockdown. We can also move the booking to a later date, should you prefer it.
However, if you are unable to travel for any other reason or because you have Covid-19, these should be covered by your insurer. You will find travel insurance with Covid-19 policies widely available today. If you have this cover, then you can book your stay with confidence.
Cleaning
Our team endeavour to ensure all our holiday lets are cleaned with full care and attention before and after every stay.
Check-in
The owner Scott will be there to greet you on check-in and make sure you have everything you need for your stay. Entry to the properties is by key-code, so if you would prefer a self check-in, please let Scott know.
Contacting us
You will find all our contact details on this website, should you need to contact us.
What to do if you don’t feel well either before or during your stay?
Please cancel if you are feeling ill before you come. You should be able to claim on your insurance.
If you start to feel ill during your stay, please tell us immediately so we don’t put our housekeeping team at risk. The Royal United Hospital is the local hospital, should you need it.
If you have to stay in the property, you will be expected to pay the costs of the extended stay and any compensation to other booked guests in all but exceptional circumstances. Any extended stay must be agreed with the owner.
If you have any questions, please get in touch prior to booking your stay.
