What time is check in and check out?

Check in on the day is from 3pm. If possible, please let us know when you’re planning to arrive so Scott can meet you. However, you will also be given key code access so you can check yourself in if Scott is unavailable.

Check out is by 11am. We can be more accommodating if we don’t have guests due to check-in on that day, but please always ask before overstaying.

How can I pay for my booking?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, or you can pay by bank transfer. These options are given to you on our direct booking form. Remember to always book directly for the best rates.

Where can we park?

There is on-site parking for all our properties on the private Midford Castle grounds. You are welcome to use this during your stay. There is no charge. Please let us know if you’re a large party and arriving in numerous cars.

How do I find you?

All the properties are located on the Midford Castle grounds. The access to the grounds is via a single lane road off the B3110 Midford Road tot he south of Bath. For more detailed directions, find a dedicated page and a map here.

Are there any extra charges on top of the quoted price?

No, your quoted price is your final price. There are exceptions if any damage to the property is made where we may bill you to cover our losses. Your quoted price always includes parking, wifi, toileteries, cleaning, linen, all utilities and a meet and greet at the property.

Can I come for a short break?

Yes, our minimum stay is for 2 nights. However, if you stay for longer you may get a deal. Make sure to check our latest offers on our website and remember that you always get the best rates when you book directly with us.

What happens if I need to cancel?

In the first instance, always speak to Scott and we will try to work something out. However, as stated in our Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to charge the full amount if you cancel your booking less than 2 weeks before you check-in.
