What's on and how can I get involved?
Scott works with the personal trainer Bryony, who runs Bath Calisthenics and is a specialised personal trainer. Bryony regularly runs Calisthenics at the Castle, and she is particularly talented at the gym rings! You can find out more about Bryony’s classes by visiting her website Upside Down Vegan here.
Scott also welcomes many the local community who share his passion for calisthenics to visit the Castle and workout with the beautiful Midford Valley view in the background.
