If you like to go to the gym, then there’s plenty of choice in the Bath area – but have you tried calisthenics, a workout that focuses on using exclusively your own bodyweight? Gyms in Bath

Some of the local gyms shown include the members’ club Combe Grove, which also offers wellness treatments and a cafĂ© overlooking the beautiful Midford Valley. There is also a leisure centre in town, near the cricket club and not a long walk from the Bath bus station. Fitness First is a specialist gym located in the Odean cinema complex on St James Street West in Bath city centre. Most of these allow you to purchase guest passes. You will also find physios, yoga and pilates available throughout the city.

This is one of the city’s biggest attractions. Founded on the natural hot springs that feed the Roman Baths, Bath’s Thermae Spa is a luxury spa destination with its own rooftop heated pool and city views. You can book for treatments, massages, or their twilight package.
